GRAND BAR
Located on the George St level, with a maximum capacity 300 guests for a Stand Up Function, Grand Bar is perfect for Product Launches, cocktail parties or corporate Christmas Parties with 12 metre high ceilings & large arched windows. A DJ Booth is available - we can arrange a DJ for you (additional cost) or you can provide one. Grand Bar can also be joined with the adjoining Chapel. A minimum spend applies to all Functions.
Grand Bar can also be booked out for a seated event of up to 120 guests.
Furniture Hire fees apply for seated events in Grand Bar.
Grand Bar is not available to book on Saturday nights due to Nightclub
FUNCTION SPACES
MIRAR BAR
Mirar Bar on the top level of the Rawson is suitable for Stand-Up Functions of 100-190 guests. Perfect for Social Functions including 30th or 40th Birthday celebrations; or Corporate Functions including Product Launches, Christmas Parties or Cocktail Functions.
With a Main Bar with floorboards & DJ facilities, plus two large carpeted breakout rooms with lounges. This space is perfect for a private party & can accommodate a DJ.
This large outdoor Function & Dining space has a retractable roof & can be joined with the Conservatory (which has a Full Bar). Maximum Capacity of the whole terrace is 110 guests for a stand up style Event. We recommend booking the Conservatory & Half Terrace for larger groups as the Conservatory has its own Bar (maximum capacity 110 guests for a Stand Up Cocktail Function).
The Terrace has direct access from Circular Quay West up the stairs.
The Terrace does NOT have its own Bar.
TERRACE
CONSERVATORY
The Conservatory is full of natural light with windows on 3 sides. This Private Dining Room is suitable for 30-50 guests for a stand up style Event with a full service bar. The space can be set up with high top tables & bar stools; or with a combination of casual lounge chairs. The Conservatory works perfectly as an adjoining space to the Half Terrace for 50-90 guests.
This space is also perfect for a small dinner party of up to 30 guests, seated on two long tables.
FUNCTION MENUS
Minimum 25 guests for all Function Menus.
Canape options start from $38 per person with Grazing Tables ($12pp) or Pizzas available as an add on.
Monday-Thursday, we have a Function Special of ‘Antipasto & Pizza’ at $25 per person.
Shared Dining Menus from $65 per person.
BEVERAGE
Beverage Packs available from $45 per hour for 2 hours; or a Bar Tab can be set up.
A minimum spend applies to all area bookings.

CHAPEL
The Chapel is a Unique private Function space complete with stained glass windows, a long high top table down the centre of the space & comfy lounges. It can accommodate up to 50 guests for a stand up style event, with banquette seating around the edge. This space is adjacent to Grand Bar & does not have its own Bar.
The Chapel can seat up to 18 guests for a Lunch or Dinner event.
